EMFC 3v3 Challenge Cup 2012 another great success

The fifth annual 3v3 Challenge Cup on May 19, 2012 was a great success. We had 101 teams playing in 15 flights and 215 games. The 12 fields were in excellent condition and the weather was awesome. Our sponsor Pepsi Next had several teams entered in thet tournament and offered free samples. We had teams from Oregon City, Lake Oswego, a big contingent from Sherwood and from Brookings, as well as teams from Corvallis, Eugene, and Springfield. We would like to thank all the volunteers helping to line the fields, set up, and make this an enjoyable event that was a lot of fun for young and old. We would also like to thank all our field sponsors and Pepsi Next for their support for this event. And we want to thank all the teams and their supporters to enter this tournament and play some very good and competitive soccer. The winners and runners up for this tournament can be found on our tournament site here on our website. We will also post pictures very soon from our tournament photographer Wendy Gregory.
