Speed & Agility Training
EMFC has committed considerable resources to hire Speed and Agility trainer Michael Caprai. Michael works with our U11 to U16 teams on a regular basis. His curriculum works with our teams on a regular basis. He comes to a training session and works with a team for 45 minutes and he sets up separate sessions for one hour and a half.
Michael's goal is to develop and implement a club-wide, year-round program to increase physical literacy by developing athletes that display efficient body movement patterns, increased flexibility ranges and maximize overall athletic performance and soccer skills through increased speed, agility, quickness, and power. Additionally, Michael uniformly educates EMFC staff coaches to identify and correct inefficient body movement patterns through hands on clinics and training, equipping them to continually and collaboratively reinforce the program and Club goals.
