Background

Finn has coached youth soccer teams in Eugene from Kindergarten through the U-12 age group for the last seven years. He joined EMFC at inception and over the last couple of years has served as an Assistant Head Coach with U11 boys Gunners team in the 2006/2007 season and with the U12 boys Rangers team in the 2007/2008 season. Finn was the Head Coach for the U11 Boca Juniors boy's team and he led them to a first place finish in the 2008 Cascade FC Waterfront Invitational. The last two years Finn worked in the growing U10 Academy and has coached our youngest competitive players and helped them to prepare for the EMFC youth premier program. 

He continues to enjoy playing soccer in the City of Eugene leagues. Finn is a native of Dublin, Ireland and came to the United States in 1984 on a track and cross-country scholarship and was All-American in both disciplines.
