Background

Caitlin is originally from Boulder, Colorado. She grew up playing soccer for her club, high school, and Colorado ODP. Caitlin graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York in 2004. She then lived in Vail, Colorado, where she was the Executive Director of the Vail Valley Soccer Club for two years. She has coached male and female players aging from 5 to 18, and directed and coached several camps including Steamboat Soccer Academy and Vail Soccer Academy.

Caitlin was a licensed referee for twelve years and a nationally licensed referee instructor before shifting her focus to coaching. Caitlin has also coached competitive skiing. Off the field she is a third-year law student at University of Oregon.
