Background

I have coached U-10 soccer in the Eugene area for the past 4 years. I am a life-long soccer lover having played both recreationally and competitively. I enjoy teaching the game and seeing players develop skill and passion for soccer.

Outside of soccer, I am the Founder and Director of Creative Minds School, a local alternative school serving middle and high school students who have academic needs that cannot be met in the traditional classroom. I am a U of O graduate, and licensed teacher, earning my Masters degree in Education in 1996. I draw on my experience as a teacher and administrator when coaching soccer. My wife, Rachel, is an acupuncturist who keeps our family healthy and pain free. My daughter, Mia, shares my enjoyment for soccer playing with the EMFC U-11 Magic.
